a Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
He has a total of 20 years experience in IT business
comprising of Sales and Marketing, Field Operations,
Back-end Order Processing and Production Scheduling, ISO,
TQM, BPR, etc. Before promoting Technet Mr. Bachus was
working as Vice President - Operations, erstwhile HCL
Hewlett Packard, controlling business of Rs. 5000 million.
He has good exposure to famous Hewlett Packard processes and
is well known in Information Technology circle. He is the
President & CEO of Technet.

SOURABH
CHAUDHARY is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics and
has served for 12 years in HCL Infosystems Limited
(erstwhile HCL Hewlett Packard Limited) as Regional Manager
- Customer Engineering function. Subsequently, he has also
served for over 2 years in DCM Data Systems Limited as
General Manager - Customer Support and was responsible for
generating a service revenue of Rs 60 million per annum for
the organisation. He is Vice President (Operations) of
Technet.

ROOPAM
NARAYAN, holds a B.Tech . degree in Computer Science
from IIT Bombay with an experience of over 10 years in the
areas of IT product and solution marketing and handling
projects at customer sites. Prior to joining the company he
worked with the CAD/CAM division of HCL-HP Ltd where his
last assignment was Sales Manager. He is Vice President
(Sales & Marketing) of Technet.

Sugata
Datta, has
over 18 years of rich experience in IT industry including 15
years in HCL group of companies viz. HCL Infosystems and HCL
Technologies in a number of functional areas in middle
management viz. Sales
& Marketing, Resourcing & Business Process
Re-engineering, Project Management, ERP implementation and
Quality Administration (Philip Crosby). He is currently
heading Western-region operations for Technet and operates
from Mumbai office.

DUBEY has a total of 12 years experience in IT business
in erstwhile HCL Hewlett Packard. Prior to starting these
operations, he was working with HCL H-P as Regional Manager
at Delhi looking after Rs 500 million of business. Mr. Dubey
has background of CAD/ CAM Solutions apart from having Field
Operations and Sales experience.

he is President of WBK Controls Inc., Salt Lake City, UTAH,
USA.

AGARWAL is a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur & MS from
Tennessee Tech University USA with nearly 14 years of
experience in the area of management of software projects,
technical consultancy , product conception, development and
marketing. He worked briefly with Hero-Honda as a Design
Engineer before joining the CAD/CAM division of HCL-HP Ltd.
Currently he is running 100% EOU in the area of development
of CAD/CAE systems for hydraulics, for key clients like GM
and Ford, USA.

has worked in Indian Air Force. After taking retirement from
IAF he has worked in DRDO and later as a Director in BEL.
Presently he is working as a senior consultant in CII.

years. Presently he is working with Jet Airways in a senior
management position. He has profound knowledge of aviation
industry.

GUPTA is an industrialist and running a Rupees 400
millions ISO 9000 export-oriented leather goods industry
specializing in telecommunication equipment accessories. He
has rich experience of over 15 years of penetrating into the
export market. He is active in charitable and social
